Enjoy a relaxing weekend at the market on 3331’s rooftop, filled with books, art, collections of all kinds arranged between numerous booths across this open space.

Application Details

Artwork, small goods, art books, etc.

• Please prepare all necessary sheeting and stands necessary to present your goods. Only tables and chairs will be provided.
• Stakes, nails, and screws cannot be used on the floors of the market space.
• There is no shade from the sun, so please prepare accordingly.
• Professional and semi-professional clothing traders will be refused participation.

Application Requirements

Provided participation fees are paid promptly, and due responsibility is taken for the stall and its contents, anyone is able to apply. If after the selection process a submission is deemed to be unsuitable, applicants will be notified by the committee.

Please download the application form from the website and send it along with an image of the work and other required materials to info@en.3331.jp (if more than 5mb please send by file share service)

Deadline for submissions

1st August 2011 (must arrive on this date)
*Confirmation of the receipt of applications and bank transfer details will be sent the following day.
*In the case that all availability is filled before this date, the open call will be closed earlier.

Points to Consider

• As there are limits to the number of participants, the open call may be closed earlier than advertised.
• Management of sales of goods is the sole responsibility of the participant. Please understand that 3331 cannot take responsibility for damage or theft of goods occurring during the event and installation/removal of stalls.
• Decisions about location of stalls will be made by 3331 organizers.
• 3331 asks for permission to use photos and video footage of the event for the purpose of publicity and documentation.

Installation/Clear-up

Please install and de-install market displays by yourself on the event day. There is no parking available, so we ask those coming by car to use nearby paid parking. Installation and de-installation is not possible on other days.
